What I Believe
By now you probably have a pretty good sense of who I am and what I do, but I also want to give you a sense of why I do what I do. If we are going to work well together, you should probably have a “take” on how I see the world.
First off, let me start this way – I believe the business world is an exciting place to be. I love the pressure cooker feeling, and I really get jazzed when companies make extraordinary choices that help them outpace their competition.
I’m not a slow moving kind of guy, I enjoy working with fast-paced companies.
Second, I believe great leadership is a sacred, fiduciary responsibility and an essential ingredient for any successful organization. Leadership demands courage. Leadership is based on credibility. Great leaders build willing followers.
I’m a pretty driven person, I work well with mission-driven leaders and organizations.
Third, I believe having a third opinion counts. While I firmly believe the best organizations in the world are made up of the best people in the world, having a level-headed, unbiased, trusted advisor at your side is a must to keep your organization moving in the right direction.
I believe in candor and transparency, and I expect it back from my clients.
